Duane and Diana Miller are going to Liberia together this time. Duane has been invited by Bishop John G. Innis of the Liberia United Methodist Church to attend their 2016 Annual Conference in Buchanan, Liberia. He will be representing the Liberia Partner Summit for the United States United Methodist Church. Diana has been invited to go with Duane.
Rev. Tom Robinson from Saginaw MI and Rev. Bill Haggard from Grand Rapids will be representing the Michigan Area United Methodist Church which has a covenant with Liberia. The covenant was established with the Detroit Conference originally in 1997.
